The Supporting People grant conditions and associated guidance have certain needs that a support service has to meet to be eligible for SP programme grant.
The support must be:
- Delivered as part of a support plan or package
- Housing related support
- Support vulnerable groups with identified support needs
- Provided to adults aged 16 and above
- The support services that organisations have to be able to develop a person’s ability to live independently in accommodation, or sustaining their capacity to do so.
