A number of our providers have raised concerns at meetings and events about the delivery of the programme. These have included improvements we need to make in the way we communicate and that we are too bureaucratic.
Because of your feedback, we have developed a service improvement plan that we hope will deal with your concerns. The Core Strategy Group discussed this at their meeting in December and it has also been discussed at Provider Forum. A set of service standards has now been developed and circulated.
