The Anti-Social Behaviour Act 2003 s12 places a duty on Council landlords to publish a statement and summary of their policies and procedures about how we will deal with Anti-Social Behaviour. You can download a full copy of Leeds City Council’s policy from this page.
We are committed to stopping Anti-Social Behaviour in Leeds. We have taken steps to achieve this and set up the Council’s Anti-Social Behaviour Unit (ASBU) and an evening and weekend Noise Nuisance Service. Both services work closely together and have 24 hour public telephone lines.
We also make sure that all the Arm’s Length Management Organisations (ALMOs) in Leeds use our policy and procedures to help them deal with anti-social behaviour
