Help if you are homeless

If you have nowhere to live, or if you are likely to become homeless, we can help you.

We can:

  • help prevent you from becoming homeless;
  • find out whether we have a duty to provide you with a home;
  • help you find a new home;
  • help to prevent you losing your home;
  • help you to keep any housing you do find.

We are open Monday to Thursday, 08.30 - 16.00 and Friday 09.30 - 16.00. You can contact us by phone, Monday to Friday 08.30 - 17.00.

When we are closed there is an out-of-hours service  that our emergency duty team provide follow the weblink from this page for contact details.

You can also contact our hostels directly. They are staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
