Our ‘Choice Based Lettings’ scheme advertises properties on the Leeds Homes website. You can also find them in our weekly Leeds Homes flyer, published every Wednesday.
You will need to complete a Leeds Homes Membership Form to apply to any of the Arms Length Management Organisations (ALMOs), Belle Isle Tenant Management Organisation (BITMO) and registered social landlords (Housing Associations) who participate in the scheme.
You can get a Leeds Homes Membership Form:
- by downloading a copy from the Leeds Homes website
- from your local housing office or one stop centre.
- by telephoning us on 0113 247 6313, (8am - 5pm Monday to Friday).
- by emailing us using the link on this page and we will post you a form.
Once we have registered your membership we will send you a pack which includes:
Customer Information Leaflet - this is a simple guide which explains how to join Leeds Homes and how the Leeds homes choice based lettings scheme works.
Landlord contact details - for the ALMOs and BITMO, registered social landlords and one stop centres.
Housing associations have their own allocations policy. If you want more information you will need to contact the housing association directly.
