The project has been set up to manage the successful implementation of the Cognisoft Insight/Outreach application, for use by Youth Workers and Connexions Personal Advisors.
The key tasks of the project are
- Training and support of all Youth Workers and Connexions PAs on use of the application
- Implementation of the Management Information reporting solution and data warehouse
- Implementation of Management reports to meet IYSS requirements
- Utilisation of a mobile working IT Infrastructure solution
- Preparatory work for Contact Point accreditation
- Preparatory work to ensure Government Connect accreditation
- Migration Project involving suppliers Prospects and iGen to enable Leeds Careers staff to utilise Insight/Outreach by April 2009 and migration of client data from Aspire to Insight/Outreach
- Development of an IT Support Model for the Insight/Outreach application.
