Neighbourhood Network Schemes

The Neighbourhood Network Schemes provide a range of services and activities for older people across Leeds. The schemes are supported by Leeds Social Services and other funding. They are managed by local people who decide what they want from their scheme.

There are booklets describing the schemes in the five areas of Leeds; East, North East, North West, South and West.

To find out details download on to the relevant booklet in pdf format on this page. There is also a map and contact list of all the schemes.

For more information on voluntary services within Leeds in general see the Voluntary Action Leeds website at www.val.org.uk
