Respite care

Palliative care for patients with life-threatening illnesses.
Equipment, alarms and home adaptations
We can provide equipment, safety alarms and home adaptations to help you live independently and carry out everyday tasks.
Help when you go into and come out of hospital
Information on what help may be available if you need to go into hospital, and when you come out.
Blue Badge parking scheme
The blue badge scheme provides parking concessions for people with severe walking difficulties who travel either as drivers or passengers. The scheme also applies to registered blind people and people with severe upper limb disabilities.
