The Carers Support Service is based in the Leeds Partnerships NHS Foundation Trust who provide mental health and learning disability services and offer:

  • Carers assessments and care plans
  • Training and education sessions
  • Individual support to carers and via organised carer support groups
  • Help carers to communicate their needs and views to other health staff
  • Provide a useful handbook for carers and relatives
