The Family Hub Leeds is a service helping signpost and inform families and carers of any child or young person in Leeds.
They have recently launched a new magazine for parents and carers of a child with a disability or learning difficulties, giving information on upcoming events, things to do for the family during the school holiday, advice on benefits, local and national changes in government legislation and how it affects them.
The publication is called A Brighter Future.
