Waste is worth it!

Thwaite Mills Watermill.

12 July 2013 10:00am - 3:00pm

Part of the Festival of Archaeology 2013

Archaeologists often rely on rubbish left behind to learn about the people who created it.  In ‘Waste is Worth It’ we’ll learn about rubbish from the past, and the huge amount it can tell us today; we’ll think about the rubbish we create and what its presence (or absence) will tell future archaeologists.

Price:   Free, but usual admission applies.
