This is a shared service building.  There are three public marked accessible parking bays on the street directly outside the entrance doors.  The surface to the main doors is tarmac and pavement slabs but it is level and flat. The library is situated on the first floor with a lift for access as well as a flight of stairs.  There are a number of buses servicing this area which are located approximately 800 metres away crossing a small but busy road, surface to these are tarmac and paving slabs which are level.  There are two accessible public toilets within the building, one of which is on the library floor. Touch screen monitors, large keyboard, tracker ball and mouse and adjustable desk are available. Boardmaker, Global Writer and magnifying screen are also available.  There are low level areas and an Induction loop is installed on the counter.
