Family workshop to celebrate National Science Festival 2013.

 

Celebrating this year’s National Science Festival theme “Inventions and Discoveries”, we delve into the murky mysteries of our geology drawers and discover artefacts preserved in caves from the times when cave bears and hyenas roamed in Yorkshire!

Details  

Leeds Museum Discovery Centre is a unique museum resource. Housing and caring for Leeds' fantastic collections, the Discovery Centre is a state-of-the-art storage facility. The Discovery Centre will open on Saturdays and Sundays for advertised workshops and conferences only, these need to be booked in advance. Please refer to the specific event for times.

Parking  

A large free car park is situated on site with access from Sayner Lane. This includes disabled parking (two designated bays).
