Inspired by a different Gallery artwork each month, exciting multisensory events for very young people and their carers to gain confidence in themselves as learners, explorers, discoverers and thinkers.  Please wear suitable clothes.

Details  

Leeds Art Gallery is currently closed in order to carry out essential repairs to the original roof of the historic Victorian building. The Tiled Hall café and the Visit Leeds & Gallery shop will remain open throughout the period of the building work. During 2016, the Gallery will maintain an active profile through extensive loans from its art collections and seek to engage audiences through external programmes.

By bus: Leeds Art Gallery is a 15 minute walk from the city centre bus station. By train: The Art Gallery is a 10 minute walk from Leeds Railway Station. By car: The Art Gallery is well serviced by all routes travelling to the city-centre.

Parking  

Metered street parking is located nearby on Cookridge Street. Secure car parking is available in Woodhouse Lane, The Light, Merrion Centre and Rose Bowl car parks, a 5-10 minute walk away.
