There is a very large public car park with several marked disabled bays, some of which are directly outside the library building, although these are not dedicated for library customers.  The car park area and entrance to the library is concrete and paving slabs and level. The area is well maintained and even. The nearest public transport is approximately 200 metres from the library. There are automatic doors into the library which is all on one level. There are two accessible toilets, one in the main library area and one in the meeting facility. The meeting room facility also has level access from the rear of the building. Large keyboard, trackball and mouse, Boardmaker, Global Writer and adjustable desk are available. There are low level areas and an Induction loop is installed on the counter.
