Consultation for the Middleton and Belle Isle Neighbourhood Framework

A neighbourhood framework needs to be prepared which will set out where new housing and other buildings can be built and what other improvements are needed. To help prepare the plan, people who live and work in the area are being asked what changes they would like to see and comment on some early ideas about where new development could take place. A consultation tour will visit more than 20 sites including the libraries, shopping centre and meeting places
