There is on street parking only, although blue badge holders can park in front of the library if available. There are three marked disabled bays on the opposite side of a busy road which can be crossed via a pedestrian crossing. The surfaces in the area are concrete, paving stones and curbs, mainly even and in good repair. The nearest bus stop is approximately 500 metres away down a pathway made up of paving slabs and curbs. The library is accessed via a slightly sloped ramp then through a set of automatic doors. Although there are two floors to this library, all services provided upstairs are also available on the ground level. There is one accessible public toilet. Touch screen monitor, large keyboard, mouse and trackball and Boardmaker are also available. There are low level areas and an Induction loop is installed on the counter.
The library is on the local bus routes. Please contact Metroline for up-to-date travel information on (0113) 245 7676
