The first City Living Survey was carried out by Rachael Unsworth and KW Linfoot plc in 2003. A second one followed in 2005. In 2007 the development company sponsor was joined by Morgans City Living to give an agent’s perspective. The joint aim was to combine market-orientated insights with solid evidence and interpretation that is as objective as possible.
The study gives an overview of some relevant aspects of the housing market. There is a map of the developments that are already completed and those under construction and analysis of data from the 610 households who responded to the Easter 2007 survey of residents. KW Linfoot plc and Morgans give their conclusions based on the supply and demand side evidence.
