City Living Survey
City Living Survey

Previous surveys

The first City Living Survey was carried out by Rachael Unsworth and KW Linfoot plc in 2003, with a second one in 2005. In 2007 the development company sponsor was joined by Morgans City Living to give an agent’s perspective.

City living beyond the boom: Leeds survey 2010

The aim of this review is to provide evidence on the Leeds market which can act as a base for those involved in making decisions about the future of the city centre. It can also offer a better understanding of recent changes in the city, the present state of the market and prospects for the future.

The report reveals high levels of occupancy in the city, stabilising sales values, steady rental returns, and a limited supply pipeline for the future. Knight Frank and Morgans City Living initiated the study and Savills, King Sturge and Allsop joined the project in autumn 2009.
