The Waterfront Strategy is the key document to guide the regeneration of Leeds waterfront. It aims to:
- develop a strategic vision for the area
- provide a framework to deliver this vision
- develop a co-ordinated approach to development and marketing of the waterway
The supplementary planning document was produced in 2002 and, to take account of the changes since then, a partial review of the strategy was undertaken in 2006.
