Eastgate and Harewood Quarter planning application

A planning application 06/03333/OT has been submitted on behalf of the Leeds Partnership which seeks outline planning permission for a retail led mixed use development within the Eastgate and Harewood Quarter.  The site covers almost 10 hectares of land within the north eastern part of Leeds city centre.

The development specification (summary of proposals), together with the parameter plans (such as the minimum and maximum heights of buildings), means of access plan (vehicle access points) and Design Guidelines (setting the design principles) is identified at this stage.  All matters other than the principal means of access are reserved for later submissions and approval.  The full list of documents contained within the application is set out at page 3 of LP1 and the documents displayed here are the original submitted plans and supporting material.

The documents provided here are items as originally submitted. The outline application is accompanied by 2 applications for Listed Building Consent for works to Templar House (reference 06/03335/LI) and railings around the former Appleyard petrol station (reference 06/03334/LI).
