General enquiries
For general enquiries please use our online enquiry form. Your email will be forwarded to the relevant service to deal with your enquiry. If you would like us to contact you by telephone please provide us with a number we can use in your email. general.enquiries@leeds.gov.uk

Emergency contacts
If you require a council service in an emergency outside of normal service hours (Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm unless otherwise stated), you can contact our emergency out of hours service. Press and media enquiries
The corporate communications office is open for press and media enquires 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday. Telephone 0113 395 0244. This is also the out of hours service for urgent press enquiries which is available at all other times.

Whenever you contact the council, whether it's by phone, email or post, it will always help us to deal with your enquiry as quickly as possible if you tell us:

- your telephone number if you would like us to phone you
- your address if you would like us to write to you
