Charter Mark is a Government scheme which encourages public services, such as Leeds City Council, to be the very best. It’s different to other schemes as it concentrates on the service actually provided to customers.
Some services already have already proven that they are worthy of this award, such as:
- refuse;
- catering; and
- the one stop centres.
Leeds City Council is committed to encouraging all of its public-facing services to take part and continue to improve customer satisfaction by providing quality customer service across every part of the council.
