Corporate Plan and Council Plan
Our second Corporate Plan, covers the period of 1 April 2005 to 31 March 2008 and our priorities for these three years.
We also produce an annual performance plan ('Council Plan') which shows a concise overview of what we have achieved, what we are trying to achieve and what we are going to tackle next.
Every year, the council is measured on how well it is delivering and improving services to local people and communities.
