This page contains the main leaflets and directories available from Social Care and Health Services. These should be available in all One Stop Centres and Social Services offices, and also in libraries and some health centres.

    This leaflet gives an overview of the sort of services available in Leeds.

    A basic leaflet that gives an overview of services for children and families.

    Gives an overview of mental health services in Leeds.

  • Complaints and Complime nts
    There are different versions of this leaflet, including versions for: adults, adults with learning disabilities, and children.

  • Explaining Assessments
    There are versions of this leaflet for parents and children. There are also translated leaflets in Bengali, Cantonese, Punjabi, Tigrinya and Urdu.

    A directory created in partnership with Shire View Leeds Centre for Visually Impaired People and the RNIB. Available in other formats including large print and on CD.

    The information service for parents, carers, children and young people.

  • Mental Health - The Quick Guide
    Mini directory for the public. There is also a lot of useful information on the Information for mental health website. This leaflet will be available online soon - in the meantime, visit the Information for Mental Health  website.

  • Through the Maze (for people with learning disabilities)
    A large format directory of all services for people with learning disabilities (published 2002). This is now out of print but you can get up-to-date details from their website from the link on this page.
