CWDC training and development standards
The Leeds Fostering Service launched the Children's Workforce Development Council (CWDC) standards to Leeds foster carers in June 2009. All new and existing foster carers will have achieved the standards by April 2011. This page is designed to provide access for foster carers to Leeds documents relating to the standards and included in the foster carer Personal Development Portfolio. Also provided is a link to the CWDC website so carers can access CWDC material including the workbook, carers guide and more.

Training and development
