A series of 20-minute talks on the classical world in modern culture by experts from the Department of Classics at the University of Leeds. Today's talk is by Regine May on 'Bollywood and Athens: Love at first sight’.

At October half-term, the Carriageworks are showing 'How Lion Became King of Tinga Tinga Land'. Leeds City Museum and The Carriageworks would like you to design your own animal mask. Using the animals from the Life on Earth Gallery as inspiration.
There are two age categories for entries 3 to 5 and 6 to 8.
Winning entries will be displayed in the Museum and will win a small prize, which includes a family ticket to see the show on 1st November at 11am.
Collect an entry form from the Museum or The Carriageworks Box Office.
