The Neighbourhood Learning Project forms part of Leeds City Council's Employment and Skills service.
It provides Neighbourhood Learning support to community groups, voluntary and faith sector groups and other organisations that offer learning opportunities to adults aged 19 years and over.
It produces and distributes Community Cascade E-News to share information on events, jobs and training, funding, volunteering opportunities, appeals for help and other community activities.
