- ensure the Council receives best value in design quality and project management by monitoring and measuring performance and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Client Services provide a Client and Corporate Advisory Service to Elected Members, Central and Services Departments in order to properly engage and enlighten the ‘Client’, promote awareness, provide assurance and inform the Corporate and Client decision making process.
