The One Council Commissioning Framework
There is a need for consistency across the authority for commissioning, for partnership working and also particularly for local, small and medium sized enterprises and third sector organisations. The One Council Commissioning Framework addresses these issues and provides a generic framework across the authority in oder to support Directorates in their commissioning decisions and implementation. This is a broad framework which guides the authority in terms of the main issues to be considered in commissioning decisions.
