If you are troubled by noise, you can make a complaint to us using this form below. You can also make a complaint in person, by telephone, by email or by letter.
When you contact us, please tell us;
- your name and address and a daytime telephone number
- the address (or site) where the noise is coming from
- the type of noise (for example barking dogs or loud music).
If the noise is affecting you outside normal office hours, we run an out of hours noise service that can be contacted on 0113 240 7361. The service is available at these times:
- Sunday to Thursday 8.00pm to 2.00am
- Friday and Saturday 8.00pm to 3.00am
