Historic map review detailing previous uses within the site boundary and other significant uses within the immediate vicinity of the site, including details of any closed landfills within 250m.
This is a review of maps held by the Contaminated Land Team. We do not supply copies of the maps themselves, and while our collection is comprehensive, it does not represent a definitive history.  Our review will not make any comment on the suitability, or otherwise, of any site for development.  This information is available from other sources.

Planning Record Information
C1 Details of any previous planning applications in which the Contaminated Land team had some involvement, or which had conditions attached that related to contamination issues.  We will also supply a list of any relevant contamination reports that we hold in our records. The reports are available for viewing free of charge at our offices.
This is not a full review of the planning history of the site, but only of those applications which have had some contaminated land aspect.

C2 The information provided as part of C1, plus a factual review of all relevant contamination reports held in our records.  The reports are available for viewing free of charge at our offices.

We ask that payment is made in advance by credit card.  Please call us first to discuss your requirements and to obtain a reference number for your payment.

We can also accept cheques – please make it out to “Leeds City Council”, write “Contaminated Land” and your site address on the back and send it to the address below.  Please make the property/site address clear and enclose a site plan if possible.
