Housing Land Monitors are normally published twice yearly in May and November, with reporting dates of 31 March and 30 September respectively.
The reports:
- monitor house building performance against policy targets;
- summarise the current stock of identified housing land; and
- report on trends in housing land release.
Each issue also includes an up-to-date schedule of all identified housing sites.
Five year housing land supply
This document gives an assessment of the supply of housing sites deliverable over the five years 2008-13 and 2009-14 in the context of existing development plan policies. The assessment is made in the light of PPS3 and of advice issued to the Planning Inspectorate by CLG in May 2007."
