Why were we doing this consultation?
- to build a consensus on how housing growth might be better accommodated in the city
- to bring people together to enable better understanding of the issues affecting the growth of the city
- to agree possible solutions for further investigation

What were you being asked?
We were inviting your views on the following specific questions:

Q1: What factors do you think should influence the number of new homes that are built in Leeds?

Q2: For Leeds to meet its housing target there will need to be development on both brownfield and greenfield sites. Do you have any views on how this is done?

Q3: How can more housing be developed while protecting the character and identity of our communities, towns and villages?

Q4: What do you think are the priority services and facilities that are needed to support new homes?

Q5: There is a shortage of homes that are affordable in every part of the Leeds district. What do you think is the best way to address this shortage?
