The Public Transport Improvements and Developer Contributions SPD sets out the circumstances and basis for obtaining financial contributions for improvements to public transport infrastructure from developments that generate a significant level of trips and that require planning consent within Leeds.
Consultation of draft SPD
Consultation was undertaken between 18 May and 19 June 2008. The relevant documents are available on the draft webpage.
The adopted SPD
Leeds City Council adopted the SPD on 21 July 2008. It will be applied to all pre-application enquiries and applications received on or after 11 August 2008.
