The City Council is preparing an Area Action Plan (AAP) to provide the future planning framework to guide the regeneration of an area of the Lower Aire Valley which is referred to as Aire Valley Leeds
In 2006, the council consulted on the Alternative Options for how the area might be developed. Comments on this document, along with a lot of technical work have helped to write the ‘Preferred Options’.
