Leeds City Council has prepared and adopted a Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) for the Eastgate and Harewood Quarter. The aim of the document is to guide the integrated and comprehensive redevelopment of this area of the City Centre for a major retail led mixed use development.
The SPD, Sustainability Appraisal Statement, Statement of Consultation and Adoption Statement:
