Introduction
July 2006 saw the official beginning of the Strategic Design Alliance between Leeds City Council and international consultancy firm Jacobs, who will work with Architectural Design Services to ensure that future developments within the city meet first-class expectations.
Alliance Charter
We will work together in the spirit of mutual understanding and respect to develop and deliver a high quality service meeting the needs of our clients, the Council, and the Citizens of Leeds, by committing ourselves to:

The alliance adds new skills to an already high performing service area whilst combining high levels of experience within both public and private consultancy so as to create a much more responsive service. Due to the fully integrated structured approach of the partnership we will aim to share projects as a team and provide a multidisciplined professional service with a single focussed point of customer contact a one-stop professional service.
A unique service
The Strategic Design Alliance combines ADS's in-depth knowledge of working on buildings, facilities and estates for Leeds City Council with the wide ranging international experience of Jacobs. The Strategic Design Alliance has created a significant design resource for Leeds City Council capable of delivering a wide range of project types, and sizes to high design standards. We look forward to working closely with members, officers and end user clients in delivering tailored, creative solutions to high levels of client satisfaction.
