Each issue comprises:
- a two-page feature on a topical issue
- 2 pages of company news
- 2 pages on Renaissance Leeds
- 2 pages of infrastructure news
- 2 pages on regional issues
- 2 pages of general economic news
- a one-page article on a key development.
- the latest unemployment statistics

The Spring Bulletin contains a main feature on Financial Inclusion and the Leeds Economy and a one-page article on Property Investment in Leeds.
