You need to put 'e billing request' in the subject field and let us have your council tax or business rate account number(s), your name and address and the email address you would like us to send your bill to.
Important information
We will send all future bills and adjustment notices to the email address you have given us. If our email is returned to us undelivered, we will cancel this arrangement and send your bill by normal post to the mailing address held on our records.
On the right, you will find downloadable pdf versions of the Guide/Information Booklet and leaflets which are normally sent out with bills, plus a downloadable pdf version of the information normally shown on the back of the Council Tax Bill. Please read the relevant items when you receive a bill from us.
Please make sure you tell the council tax or business rates office if you change your email address.
If you decide you no longer wish to receive your bill by email, please contact us so we can change our records.
