Braille, Tape and Large Print
We can send correspondence in Braille, on tape or in large print. Let us know what you require and we will do the rest.

Translations
We can arrange for correspondence sent or received by us to be translated into a language other than English. If it helps you to write to us in your own language, please do. If you would like to receive correspondence from us in your own language, please give us your name and address and tell us which language you require. Wherever possible, we will translate our correspondence to you; translations into the following languages are guaranteed:
Urdu, Urdu (Mirpuri), Punjabi, Gujerati, Hindi, Bengali, Bengali (Sylheti), Farsi, Vietnamese, Cantonese, Chinese (Haka), Chinese (Mandarin)

Interpretations
We can arrange for an interpreter to help out on the telephone if your first language is not English. Phone us and tell us in English your name, telephone number and spoken language and we will ring you back within the hour with an interpreter.
