Depending on the pest, treatments can vary in length from one-off visits to annual contracts. Prepayment charges will normally apply to cover the cost of treatment to eradicate the pest at the property.
A note about rats:
Rats are constantly roaming, searching for new food sources - as a result you may spot one in your garden. Sighting one rat on one occasion does not indicate that your garden is infested and the rat may just be "passing through".
As long as there are no ready food sources (such as bird food) that rats can take advantage of, this may often be the case and you should not report this as a rat infestation. Be as sure as you can the rat has taken up residence and you are spotting it regularly, or are seeing multiple rats before reporting it to us.
