An appointments system is available at the City Centre One Stop, Armley One Stop centre, St George’s Centre and Morley One Stop Centre.
Customers can book a 30-minute appointment with a Customer Service Officer to discuss enquiries about Council Tax, Council Tax Benefit, or Housing Benefit.
Appointments can be made in person at these One Stop Centres, or by calling the Contact Centre on 0113 2224404 (benefits and council tax enquiries).
