If you haven't used your user account for more than 2 years, or registered but never used your account, then you may need to re-register as old or unused accounts will be periodically deleted as part of our regular online house keeping routine.
Once registered, you can check how much council tax you've already paid and how much you still need to pay for any property that you are responsible for paying the council tax on.
Go to your Online customer account to register.
