If you need help with completing your benefits claim form, you can:   

• Contact our helpline on 0845 127 0113 or 0113 247 7247 (minicom: 0845 127 1113) and one of our experienced staff will be able to talk you through any questions you have.

       You can contact us by phone during the following times:

       Monday to Thursday: 08:30 to to 17:00

       Friday: 08:30 to 16:30

       We are closed on Wednesdays from 15:00 to 16:00

If you need to contact us by phone our busiest times are all day each Monday and between 09:00 and 10:30 every morning, so we may take a little longer to answer your call during these times.

• Call in to any one stop centre or your local housing office and the counter staff will be happy to help you complete your application. Use the link on the right to find out where your nearest one stop centre or housing office is.
  
  
• Ask us to visit you at home if you are unable to visit us in person. To arrange a home visit, telephone 0845 127 0113  or 0113 247 7247 or email lcc.benefits@leeds.gov.uk.
