The project, currently in the final stages of procurement, is a twenty year contract for the refurbishment of 1,241 council properties, construction of 400 new council homes, a new community hub including shops and community facilities for Little London, some environmental improvements and maintenance of all elements throughout the contract period. There will be demolition of unpopular maisonettes and outdated high rises.
