This project has provided ten new build primary schools for over 3,800 pupils in Leeds. The contract for this project was signed in April 2004 and the partnership is between Leeds City Council and QED, a consortium led by Wates plc.

The phase one schools became operational on programme between March and September 2005, with phase two and phase three following on between August 2005 and January 2006.
