The Council has Outline Business Case (OBC) approval to support the Council’s joint procurement of both the Little London and Beeston Hill and Holbeck projects which commenced in 2007.
Together the schemes will provide a minimum of £134m invested in the two areas with beneficial outcomes for both communities and will provide environmental improvements and has a provision of service for a 20 year contract.
Work is due to start early January 2010 to re-furbish 1,131 council homes and construct 475 new homes.
