The scheme is jointly supported by the Department of Communities and Local Government (CLG) and the Department of Health (DoH) which seeks to increase the opportunities for adults with learning disabilities or mental health needs to live independently, by moving away from the current hostel based accommodation through the procurement of high quality, purpose built properties on a number of sites across the city.
Full service commencement is programmed by 2011.
