Each Area Committee has a budget of money which it allocates every year to projects that will benefit the local area. Some projects they have supported in the past include: Kirkstall Festival; Chapeltown Carnival; Bramley baths (additional hours); Police Off Road bikes and Killingbeck Community Park.
Any community groups, charities or other public services can apply for this money. There are two types of grant available; a small grant for applications up to a maximum of £500 and a large grant for applications over £500.
